Role Summary :

AuxoAI is seeking a Product Manager / Product Owner with deep, hands-on expertise in configuring and implementing payroll on SaaS HCM platforms (UKG Pro, Workday, Oracle HCM Cloud, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP, Dayforce). This is a domain-first, client-facing role ideal for a payroll solution or functional consultant who wants to apply that expertise to AI-powered products.

Responsibilities :

- Map current-state implementation and onboarding processes to identify bottlenecks.

- Design future-state processes with measurable gains in cycle time and accuracy.

- Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog; write epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

- Prioritize AI use cases such as document extraction, requirements mapping, rules validation, and test automation.

- Act as the authority on payroll and HCM configuration, codifying SME knowledge into business rules.

- Define success metrics, support pilot delivery, and shape the roadmap from pilot to scale.

Requirements :

- 8+ years in HR and payroll technology, including 5+ years configuring/implementing payroll on SaaS HCM platforms.

- Expertise in company/legal entity setup, tax setup, pay groups, earnings, deductions, and data conversion.

- At least two full-lifecycle payroll implementations as a solution/functional consultant.

- Strong command of US payroll terminology.

- Experience writing requirements for engineering teams as a Product Owner or Business Analyst.

- Working understanding of AI products (LLMs, document extraction) and hands-on use of AI tools.
