Role Overview :

The Network Security Lead will serve as the primary architect and guardian of the company's digital infrastructure. In this role, you will oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of robust security frameworks to protect sensitive financial data. You will collaborate closely with IT operations, infrastructure teams, and senior management to ensure that our network architecture remains resilient against evolving cyber threats. Your work will directly impact the company's operational continuity and the trust of our customers by maintaining a secure, compliant, and high-performance network environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and deploy scalable network security architectures that support the company's digital growth while ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

- Manage the lifecycle of firewall configurations, intrusion detection systems, and VPNs to provide a hardened perimeter for corporate and cloud environments.

- Oversee the implementation and optimization of SIEM solutions to ensure real-time monitoring, threat detection, and rapid incident response.

- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify and remediate security gaps within the network infrastructure.

- Lead the integration of cloud security best practices to protect hybrid-cloud deployments and ensure seamless connectivity across remote and office locations.

- Establish and enforce network administration policies that align with regulatory compliance standards and internal security governance frameworks.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in designing and managing complex network architectures, including firewalls, routers, switches, and load balancers in a high-availability environment.

- Proven ability to configure and manage SIEM platforms to correlate security events and drive proactive threat hunting.

- Strong technical proficiency in cloud security principles, specifically within AWS or Azure environments, ensuring secure data transit and storage.

- Excellent analytical skills to troubleshoot intricate network security issues and implement long-term technical solutions.

- Ability to communicate complex security risks and technical requirements effectively to non-technical stakeholders and leadership teams.

- A minimum of 6 - 11 years of hands-on experience in network security and administration, preferably within the financial services or fintech sector.

- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by relevant industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CCNP Security.

- Capability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment based in Mumbai/Navi Mumbai, maintaining high standards of documentation and operational discipline.
