We are looking for an AUTOSAR Security Lead with 6 - 11 years of experience in automotive cybersecurity and embedded software development. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in AUTOSAR security, SecOC, Adaptive AUTOSAR Crypto, HSM, Secure Boot, and Root of Trust, with experience in implementing and validating security solutions for automotive ECUs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and integrate automotive cybersecurity solutions across ECU platforms.
- Implement and configure AUTOSAR security mechanisms, including SecOC and Adaptive AUTOSAR Crypto.
- Work with Hardware Security Modules (HSM) for secure key storage, cryptographic operations, and security services.
- Implement and integrate Secure Boot and Root of Trust mechanisms.
- Define and implement security architecture aligned with automotive cybersecurity requirements.
- Integrate security components with AUTOSAR Classic and Adaptive platforms.
- Perform security validation, testing, debugging, and issue resolution across ECU software stacks.
- Collaborate with software, system, hardware, and cybersecurity teams to ensure secure ECU integration.
- Analyze security threats and support implementation of appropriate security controls.
- Contribute to security reviews, technical documentation, and compliance activities.
- Provide technical guidance to engineers and support security-related design and integration decisions.
- Ensure solutions align with automotive cybersecurity standards and best practices.
Required Skills & Experience :
- 6 - 11 years of experience in Automotive Embedded Software / Cybersecurity.
- Strong hands-on experience in AUTOSAR Security.
- Strong expertise in SecOC, Adaptive AUTOSAR Crypto, HSM, Secure Boot, and Root of Trust.
- Good understanding of cryptography, secure key management, authentication, and message integrity.
- Experience with Linux and/or QNX based automotive platforms.
- Strong understanding of automotive ECU security architecture and cybersecurity concepts.
- Experience with security stack integration, debugging, and validation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Preferred :
- Experience with ISO/SAE 21434 and UNECE R155/R156 requirements.
- Knowledge of AUTOSAR Classic and Adaptive security architecture.
- Experience with automotive security testing and vulnerability assessment.
- Exposure to secure diagnostics, TLS, SOME/IP security, and secure communication.
- Experience with Git and Agile development methodologies.
