In this role you will build and scale real-world solutions on Aurigos flagship product Masterworks. Work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where youll lead teams and drive impactful engineering outcomes.

What youll do :

- Design and build scalable web applications using .NET and React

- Collaborate with product and architecture teams to deliver robust solutions

- Lead, mentor, and guide a team of engineers

- Drive product enhancements, performance, and reliability

- Work with AWS, databases, and third-party integrations

What were looking for :

- 8 - 12 years of experience in .NET-based web development

- Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core, Microservices & React.js.

- Hands-on experience with SQL Server/Postgres & RDBMS

- Proven team leadership and mentoring experience

- Exposure to AWS, Agile, and enterprise product environments

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
