About this role :

In this role, you will work on a variety of projects in a highly collaborative, fast paced environment. You will be responsible for analysing the requirements, designing and developing software that is going to solve real world customer problems. You will have to lead and mentor your team members. Requirements :

- Bachelors degree in engineering

- Must have 8 to 12 years of experience in developing web applications using Microsoft .NET

- Must have experience in guiding and mentoring the team members

- Good to have experience in working with 3rd party integrations

- Excellent knowledge in C#.Net, ASP.Net, .Net Core, Microservices, Micro frontend, React, Redux and React Hooks

- Must be proficient in Microsoft SQL Server 2019 or Postgres and RDBMS concepts.

- Must have experience in React.Js

- Should have working knowledge about Cloud Technology AWS.

- Preferably worked in an Agile development environment.

- Preferable worked in an enterprise product environment.

- Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving skills.

- Must have good interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Microsoft Technologies, React and modern frameworks.

- Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and fostering best practices.

- Drive the enhancement and innovation of Aurigo Masterworks, ensuring high performance, reliability, and usability.

- Integrate third-party services and APIs to extend product functionality.

- Ensure database design and queries are optimized, leveraging Microsoft SQL Server/Postgres and RDBMS concepts.

- Contribute to front-end development using React.js ensuring seamless user experiences.

- Collaborate in Agile development processes, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

- Work with cloud technologies (AWS) to design and deploy secure, scalable solutions.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.

- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and knowledge sharing within the team.

- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and project success.
