Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned Data Engineer to join our high-performing team in Chennai, tasked with architecting and scaling robust data ecosystems that drive critical business intelligence. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex raw data and actionable insights by designing high-throughput data pipelines and optimizing large-scale data warehouses.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, product managers, and software architects, to ensure that our data infrastructure remains resilient, performant, and aligned with evolving business requirements. Your contributions will directly influence our strategic decision-making processes and enhance the overall data-driven experience for our global customer base.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and maintain enterprise-grade data warehouses, ensuring high availability and data integrity for stakeholders across the organization.

- Optimize Big Data processing frameworks to reduce latency and improve the efficiency of complex analytical queries.

- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate data solutions into existing product architectures, ensuring consistency and reliability.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex data bottlenecks to maintain optimal system performance and support critical business operations.

Required Skillset :

- Proven ability to design and manage complex data warehouse architectures that support high-volume data processing and reporting.

- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate technical complexities to non-technical stakeholders effectively.

- Strong interpersonal skills, with a track record of working collaboratively in agile, cross-functional team environments.

- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work model in Chennai, demonstrating self-motivation and the capacity to manage projects independently.

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related quantitative field is preferred.

- Candidates must possess 6 to 8 years of professional experience in data engineering roles to be considered for this position.
