Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of software developers to deliver robust, high-quality solutions.

- Design, develop, and implement SharePoint-based solutions, including SPFx components and custom applications.

- Architect and build scalable, secure, and efficient software systems aligned with business requirements.

- Perform hands-on coding, code reviews, and technical troubleshooting to ensure code quality and best practices.

- Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and UI/UX teams to define system requirements and design specifications.

- Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and technical risk assessments.

- Optimize performance, scalability, and maintainability of existing systems.

- Stay current with emerging technologies, tools, and trends in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and front-end frameworks.

- Ensure adherence to SDLC processes, version control, and deployment best practices.

- Drive innovation and contribute to technical strategy, architecture reviews, and knowledge sharing within the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Proven experience in leading software development teams in a technical leadership or senior developer role.

- Strong hands-on expertise in:

- SharePoint Online / On-Premises

- SPFx (SharePoint Framework)

- React, JavaScript, JQuery, HTML5, CSS3

- Experience in solution design, system architecture, and full-stack development.

- Familiarity with Microsoft technologies such as Office 365, Power Platform, and Azure Services.

- Excellent understanding of software engineering best practices, including version control (Git), CI/CD, and agile methodologies.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Prior experience in a Technical Lead or Senior Developer role is highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with REST APIs, Graph API, and Power Automate/Power Apps.

- Exposure to Microsoft Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or cloud-based integrations.

- Certification in Microsoft 365 / SharePoint Development is a plus.

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results under tight deadlines.
