Role Overview :

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Flutter (Frontend/Mobile) and Java Spring Boot (Backend) to build scalable, high-performance applications. The candidate should be capable of handling end-to-end development, from UI to backend services.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop mobile/web applications using Flutter

- Build and maintain backend services using Java Spring Boot

- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and Microservices

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX, product, and QA

- Ensure application performance, scalability, and security

- Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize applications

- Maintain clean, reusable, and efficient code

- Participate in code reviews and Agile/Scrum processes

- Work on database design and integration

Required Skills :

- Strong experience in Flutter (Dart) for mobile application development

- Strong backend experience in Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC

- Hands-on experience in REST APIs & Microservices Architecture

- Knowledge of SQL databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL/Oracle)

- Experience with Hibernate/JPA

- Familiarity with state management (Provider, Bloc, etc.) in Flutter

- Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines

- Understanding of API integration and third-party services

Preferred Skills :

- Experience in Android/iOS native integration (Flutter plugins)

- Knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes

- Exposure to Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)

- Experience in Banking/Financial domain
