Job Description

Role Overview :

We are seeking a Digital Product Manager with strong user-centric thinking, analytical rigor, and design sensibility.


You will translate customer problems and business goals into simple, usable digital experiencesowning the product lifecycle from discovery to adoption, and continuously improving outcomes through data, research, and experimentation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own the product roadmap and outcomes, aligning it to clear customer problems and business goals.

- Drive product discovery using user interviews, usability testing, surveys, journey mapping, and analysis of support tickets/feedback (VOC).

- Define crisp PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria that focus on what and why (not just how), ensuring clarity for design and engineering.

- Prioritize ruthlessly using value vs. effort and frameworks like RICE/ICE/MoSCoW, balancing short-term wins with strategic bets.

- Champion usability and accessibilitycollaborate with design to create wireframes, user flows, and low-fidelity prototypes (Figma), applying UX heuristics and WCAG guidelines.

- Improve activation, adoption, and retention through data-driven onboarding, in-app education, nudges, and lifecycle journeys (email, push, in-app).

- Instrument and interpret product analytics (events, funnels, cohorts), define north-star and input metrics (e.g., DAU/WAU, activation rate, feature adoption, task success, NPS/CSAT).

- Run experiments (A/B tests, multivariate) to validate hypotheses; document learnings and roll out winning variants.

- Monitor product performance post-launch and drive iterative improvements based on quantitative insights and qualitative feedback.

- Partner cross-functionally (Design, Engineering, Marketing, CX, Compliance/Legal, Operations) to ensure smooth delivery, launch readiness, and adoption.

- Create crisp product communicationsrelease notes, user guides, FAQs, enablement for internal teams, and customer-facing updates.

- Ensure quality through UAT planning, test case reviews for functional completeness and UX fidelity; proactively address usability debt.

- Advocate for privacy, accessibility, and ethical design in every release.

Requirements :

- 2 years of experience in digital product management for consumer or B2B products (web and/or mobile).

- Demonstrated ability to ship usable, high-adoption featureswith clear examples of impact on activation, engagement, or retention.

- Strong analytical and numerical skills : funnel and cohort analysis, defining KPIs/OKRs, interpreting experiment results, and making trade-offs with data.

- Proficiency in Figma for wireframing and collaborating on product flows with design.

- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum and backlog management (e.g., Jira or similar).

- Excellent communication and stakeholder managementable to tell the product story clearly, facilitate decisions, and align diverse teams.

- Working knowledge of product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4, Hotjar, FullStory) and survey/feedback tools (e.g., Typeform, Qualtrics, in-app NPS).

- Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation tools (e.g., VWO, Optimizely, LaunchDarkly for flags).

- Strong UX literacyusability heuristics, interaction patterns, content clarity (UX writing basics), and accessibility awareness.

- Comfortable drafting PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and maintaining roadmaps and OKRs.

Nice to Have :

- Experience improving onboarding/activation for new users or feature adoption for existing users.

- Background in behavioral design, growth loops, or lifecycle marketing journeys.

- Exposure to design systems and collaborating on component-level decisions.

- Understanding of SEO/ASO fundamentals (if your product has public surfaces or app store presence).

- Domain familiarity in fintech, payments, or SaaS (not mandatory).

Success Metrics (6 - 12 Months) :

- Improved activation rate and reduced time-to-value for new users.

- Increased feature adoption for priority capabilities.

- Measurable uplift in engagement/retention (e.g., DAU/WAU, repeat usage).

- Higher task success and CSAT/NPS for key journeys.

- On-time delivery of roadmap commitments with clear, data-backed learnings.

Tooling (Indicative) :

- Figma - Jira/Confluence - Mixpanel/Amplitude/GA4 - Hotjar/FullStory - VWO/Optimizely - Excel/Sheets or Power BI/Looker (for dashboards)
