Atyeti - GRC Configuration Specialist

We are looking for an experienced GRC Configuration Specialist with strong hands-on experience in SAI360 to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and supporting SAI360 GRC applications based on business and client requirements.

The role requires a strong understanding of Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) processes, application configuration, functional design, reporting, dashboards, testing, and client-facing implementation activities. You will work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, technical teams, and clients to understand requirements and translate them into effective SAI360 configurations and solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure and customize SAI360 GRC applications based on approved business and functional requirements.

- Participate in configuration and design workshops with clients and internal stakeholders.

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into application configuration specifications.

- Configure workflows, forms, fields, business rules, approval processes, notifications, and other application components.

- Develop and configure application enhancements based on detailed requirement specifications.

- Support end-to-end implementation of SAI360 modules and solutions.

- Ensure configurations follow established implementation standards and best practices.

- Understand client business processes and document functional requirements.

- Prepare detailed functional design and technical configuration documents.

- Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable SAI360 solutions.

- Identify configuration gaps and recommend appropriate solutions or workarounds.

- Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, data requirements, and application enhancements.

- Participate in solution design discussions and provide inputs from a SAI360/GRC perspective.

GRC Process Management :

- Work with stakeholders to understand and configure GRC processes related to areas such as :

i. Enterprise Risk Management

ii. Regulatory Compliance

iii. Internal Controls

iv. Audit Management

v. Third-Party Risk Management

vi. Operational Risk

- Understand risk and compliance workflows and translate them into application functionality.

- Support process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Design and configure reports, dashboards, KPIs, and management views within SAI360.

- Develop reporting solutions based on business and compliance requirements.

- Configure data views and reporting structures for different stakeholder groups.

- Support management reporting and analytics requirements.

- Troubleshoot reporting and dashboard-related issues.

- Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and regression testing.

- Resolve configuration-related issues identified during testing.

- Analyze defects and determine whether issues are related to configuration, data, workflow, or application functionality.

- Support production deployments and post-production validation.

- Provide ongoing application support and troubleshoot user issues.

- Document issues, resolutions, and configuration changes.

- Conduct workshops and requirement-gathering sessions with clients.

- Communicate effectively with business users, functional teams, and technical stakeholders.

- Provide product demonstrations and explain configured functionality to users.

- Provide formal customer support and guidance during implementation and post-go-live phases.

- Manage multiple requirements and priorities while maintaining delivery timelines.

- Build strong working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 3+ years of overall experience in GRC, enterprise application configuration, implementation, or related areas.

- Strong hands-on experience with SAI360 configuration and implementation.

- Strong understanding of GRC concepts, processes, and workflows.

- Experience in application configuration, customization, and enhancement.

- Experience gathering and documenting functional requirements.

- Strong understanding of workflows, business rules, forms, fields, approvals, and notifications.

- Experience in designing and configuring reports and dashboards.

- Hands-on experience with SIT, UAT, defect resolution, and production support.

- Ability to prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test scenarios, and user documentation.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Good understanding of software implementation and SDLC processes.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience working on multiple SAI360 modules.

- Experience with GRC implementation projects for enterprise clients.

- Exposure to SAI360 integrations with other enterprise applications.

- Knowledge of APIs, data integration, or database concepts.

- Experience with data migration and validation activities.

- Experience in Agile/iterative implementation environments.

- SAI360-related certification or relevant GRC certifications.

- Experience working with global clients and distributed teams.
