- 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in software development using IPaaS Tools [Mulesoft, Workato, etc.], Python, SQL, Java, or JavaScript.

- A solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and OOP principles.

- Familiarity with REST APIs, SQL, and modern development tools like Git, VS Code, or Docker.

- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) or eagerness to learn.

- A curious, growth-oriented mindset and willingness to explore unfamiliar technologies.

- Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

- Hands-on experience in Ipaas tools is a plus
