Role Overview :

We are looking for an associate-level technical product professional with hands-on payment gateway/API integration and recurring-mandate experience such as e-NACH, NACH, UPI AutoPay, e-mandates, or EMI collections.

Requirements :

- Candidates from payments, fintech, banking technology, lending, or InsurTech are welcome.

- Direct insurance experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Tech Stack/Domain Expertise :

- Payment Gateway Integration

- API Integration

- UPI AutoPay

- e-NACH

- Recurring Payments

- Bank API

- BBPS (Bharat BillPay)

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage the end-to-end product roadmap for recurring payment solutions, including e-NACH and UPI AutoPay, to ensure high success rates and improved user experience.

- Lead technical integrations with various banking partners and payment gateways, ensuring robust API connectivity and minimal transaction latency.

- Collaborate with engineering teams to translate complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications for seamless API implementation.

- Monitor and analyze performance metrics for payment flows and BBPS transactions to identify bottlenecks and drive continuous product improvements.

- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to align product releases with business goals, ensuring timely delivery and operational excellence.
