- Identify opportunities to apply AI across the VIP member journey.

- Translate RM workflows into scalable AI-powered product features.

- Define product requirements for AI-enabled capabilities.

RM Workflow Intelligence:

- Build tools that assist RMs with:

1. Member insights

2. Matchmaking signals

3. Engagement risk detection

4. Conversation summaries

5. Next-best actions

Experimentation & Impact:

- Define metrics to evaluate AI features.

- Run experiments and iterate based on usage and outcomes.

- Drive adoption of AI tools within RM workflows.

Ideal Candidate:

- 1. Strong Associate Product Manager Profile with AI/ML-enabled product experience.

- 2. Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 2+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Analytics, or a Technical Product role with the recent 1+ year in a B2C Product company.

- 3. Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have hands-on experience working on AI or ML-enabled products.

- 4. Mandatory (Experience 3): Must have experience working with data-driven products, including defining metrics and running experiments to evaluate features.

- 5. Mandatory (Experience 4): Must have experience translating operational or user workflows into scalable product features and defining clear product requirements.

- 6. Mandatory (Skill 1): Must have strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving ability.

- 7. Mandatory (Skill 2): Must be able to work cross-functionally with engineering, analytics, and operations teams.

- 8. Mandatory (Communication): Must have strong communication skills to work across technical and business stakeholders.

- 9. Mandatory (Company): B2C Product companies.

- 10. Mandatory (Education): Graduated from any of the following Tier 1 colleges - IIT Madras, IIT Delhi, IIT Bombay, IIT Kanpur, IIT Kharagpur.

- 11. Mandatory (Stability): Must have stayed for a minimum of 2 years with each of the previous companies. Short tenures are acceptable provided the candidate has demonstrated stability through longer tenures elsewhere in their career.

- 12. Mandatory (Note 1): The candidate will be working for the VIP/elite product of Shaadi.com.

- 13. Mandatory (Note 2): Avoid candidates from fintech/banking/insurance/financial services domain.

- 14. Preferred (AI Depth): Familiarity with LLM-based applications.
