Key Responsibilities :

- Lead enterprise-wide AI / Generative AI transformation strategy and define the roadmap for AI adoption across business functions.

- Define enterprise LLM and Agentic AI architectures, including AI-native and multi-agent solutions for complex business use cases.

- Drive RAG and Enterprise Knowledge Architecture to build scalable AI-powered knowledge and decision-support solutions.

- Define GCP AI / Data Architecture and guide the development of enterprise AI platforms and ecosystems.

- Establish AI Governance, Security, Privacy, and Responsible AI frameworks for enterprise AI adoption.

- Define and evolve the AI Operating Model / AI CoE, including capabilities, processes, governance, and technology standards.

- Work closely with CXOs, business leaders, clients, and senior stakeholders to identify AI transformation opportunities and business value.

- Lead large-scale AI transformation programs across strategy, architecture, delivery, and adoption.

- Provide technical and strategic leadership to large AI/technology teams and senior architects.

- Drive client relationships, solution discussions, executive presentations, and strategic technology engagements.

- Identify opportunities for AI-led business growth, solution expansion, and new transformation initiatives.

- Guide teams in evaluating emerging AI technologies, architectures, and platforms against enterprise requirements.

- Drive adoption of Enterprise Copilots and autonomous business process transformation across suitable use cases.

- Ensure AI initiatives align with business objectives while maintaining focus on scalability, security, governance, risk, and commercial value.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 12+ years of experience in technology, AI/ML, software engineering, cloud, data, or related domains, with significant experience in leadership and architecture roles.

- Strong experience in Enterprise AI / GenAI Transformation and AI strategy.

- Deep expertise in LLM Architecture, Agentic AI Architecture, and AI-native / Multi-Agent Architecture.

- Strong understanding of RAG and Enterprise Knowledge Architecture.

- Strong experience with GCP AI / Data Architecture and enterprise cloud environments.

- Strong understanding of AI Governance, Security, Privacy, and Responsible AI.

- Experience defining AI Transformation Strategy and enterprise AI roadmaps.

- Experience establishing or scaling an AI Operating Model / AI CoE.

- Strong client and senior stakeholder management experience.

- Proven technical leadership, delivery leadership, and large-team management experience.

- Strong understanding of business transformation and ability to connect AI strategy with measurable business outcomes.

- Experience contributing to business growth, solution development, and strategic client engagements.
