Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Associate Director GenAI & Analytics to lead teams and drive AI, Generative AI, and advanced analytics initiatives. The role will be responsible for translating business strategy into technical roadmaps, leading solutioning and delivery, managing client relationships, and building high-performing AI and analytics teams.

- Define and execute the AI, GenAI, and analytics technology roadmap aligned with business and client objectives.

- Lead end-to-end delivery of AI, GenAI, ML, and analytics solutions from ideation and solutioning through deployment and adoption.

- Drive GenAI initiatives including LLM-based applications, RAG, AI agents, and enterprise AI solutions.

- Establish and drive MLOps and LLMOps practices for scalable, reliable, and production-ready AI solutions.

- Translate business requirements and strategic objectives into technical solutions, architecture, and implementation roadmaps.

- Lead client discussions, solution presentations, technical workshops, and stakeholder engagements.

- Build and mentor high-performing AI, data science, analytics, and engineering teams.

- Develop future technical leaders and establish engineering and delivery best practices.

- Partner with business, data, engineering, and technology teams to identify opportunities for AI-led transformation.

- Oversee solution architecture, technical design, delivery quality, performance, and scalability.

- Drive effective use of cloud platforms, data engineering, and modern AI/ML technologies.

- Manage project priorities, risks, dependencies, and delivery outcomes while ensuring client satisfaction.

- Contribute to business development through solution proposals, estimations, capability presentations, and client pitches.

- Establish standards for responsible AI, security, governance, monitoring, and operational excellence.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 9 - 14 years of overall experience in Analytics, Data Science, AI/ML, or related technology domains.

- Proven leadership experience delivering AI, GenAI, and analytics solutions.

- Strong hands-on understanding of Python and modern AI/ML technologies.

- Strong experience with MLOps and LLMOps and deploying AI/ML solutions in production.

- Good understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Strong knowledge of data engineering, data platforms, and analytics ecosystems.

- Hands-on understanding of LLMs, RAG, AI agents, prompt engineering, and GenAI application development.

- Strong solutioning and technical architecture capabilities.

- Proven experience in team building, mentoring, and managing technical teams.

- Strong client management and stakeholder engagement experience.

- Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
