Role Overview:

As the GenAI Business Strategy & Transformation Lead, you will serve as a pivotal architect in shaping the AI-driven future of our enterprise clients. You will operate at the intersection of executive leadership and technical innovation, translating complex Generative AI capabilities into tangible business value. Your day-to-day involves advising C-suite stakeholders on AI maturity, designing large-scale digital transformation roadmaps, and overseeing the deployment of LLM-based solutions that redefine operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Formulate and execute comprehensive AI strategies that align with client business objectives to drive long-term growth and operational excellence.

- Lead cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to deliver high-impact GenAI products from conceptualization to enterprise-wide rollout.

- Orchestrate large-scale business transformation initiatives by integrating LLMs into core workflows, ensuring seamless adoption and measurable productivity gains.

- Advise senior leadership on the ethical, technical, and financial implications of AI adoption, mitigating risks while maximizing innovation potential.
