We're looking for an experienced Director / Associate Director Agentic AI & GenAI to lead cutting-edge AI initiatives and drive innovation.

- Proven experience leading AI strategy and enterprise-scale implementations

- Lead and deliver strategic AI & GenAI initiatives using LangChain, Hugging Face, and modern AI frameworks.

- Drive the adoption of Generative AI solutions across enterprise use cases.

- Build, mentor, and lead high-performing AI engineering teams.

- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable AI solutions.

- Stay ahead of emerging AI trends and shape the organization's AI roadmap.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 12-17 years of overall experience in AI/ML, software engineering, data science, or related technology domains.

- Proven experience in AI leadership, strategy, and enterprise-scale AI implementations.

- Strong hands-on expertise in Generative AI and Agentic AI.

- Strong proficiency in Python.

- Extensive experience with LangChain and Hugging Face.

- Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), foundation models, prompt engineering, RAG, and AI agents.

- Experience designing and deploying production-grade AI/GenAI solutions.

- Strong understanding of modern AI/ML frameworks, architectures, APIs, and cloud-based AI solutions.
