Associate Director - AI & Analytics

Location: Noida (Hybrid, General Shift)

Experience: Minimum 8+ Years

We are seeking an Associate Director with a strong analytics background who is currently leading GenAI/AI projects. This role blends technical authority with people leadership - you will set engineering direction, raise the bar on delivery quality, and mentor the next generation of technical leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead AI & analytics teams: Build, mentor, and scale high-performing teams across AI, Agentic AI, software, and analytics.

- Set technical direction: Review architecture, challenge design decisions, and enforce high standards.

- Drive GenAI adoption: Guide projects in LLMs, RAG pipelines, Agentic AI, and MLOps/LLMOps practices.

- Translate business strategy: Build clear technical roadmaps aligned with organizational goals.

- Stakeholder management: Communicate with clarity across engineers, executives, and clients.

- Change leadership: Steer teams through shifting priorities while protecting morale and delivery quality.

What We Look For:

- 8 - 12 years of experience in analytics, AI/ML, or software engineering, with proven leadership in AI/GenAI projects.

- Strong technical foundation in Python, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), LLMs, Agentic AI tooling, and MLOps/LLMOps.

- Experience in data engineering and analytics fundamentals (pipelines, warehousing, BI tools).

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Prior consulting or client-services experience is a strong plus.
