Role & Responsibilities :

We are looking for a skilled Gen AI Developer to join our team. You will be responsible for building advanced AI solutions using LLMs, GenAI agents, and cloud-native architectures.

Key Skills:

- AI/ML and Generative AI (GenAI)

- LLMs and GenAI agents/assistants (e.g., LangChain)

- Python/R workflows

- Cloud integration (Azure, AWS, GCP)

- GitHub Copilot and Gemini

Key Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related discipline (Advanced degree preferred).

- 5+ years of experience with AI/ML, with last 2 years focused on GenAI, OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, LangChain, Agents, Vector databases, and Prompt Engineering.

- Strong software engineering foundation (OOPs, data-structures, algorithms).

- Proven experience in Python, R, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Julia, NLP.

- Experience with big data, Angular, React, NodeJS, C#, .NET Core, Java, Golang, SQL/NoSQL.

- Strong understanding of XP, Lean, SAFe, DevSecOps, SRE, ADO, GitHub, SonarQube.

- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
