Responsibilities :

- Architect and design enterprise-level agentic AI frameworks using RAG, LangGraph, and MCP.

- Define and enforce best practices for AI agent design, development, and deployment.

- Lead, mentor, and upskill a team of AI professionals.

- Drive adoption of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices across AI projects.

- Oversee end-to-end development of AI agents with Python backend and React/Node.js frontend.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI agents into enterprise systems.

- Ensure scalability, security, and reliability of deployed agentic AI solutions.

- Stay current with emerging trends in agentic AI, LLMs, and related frameworks.

- Conduct code reviews and technical design reviews to maintain engineering quality.

- Establish monitoring, evaluation, and governance frameworks for AI agent performance.
