Assistant Manager - Data Analytics & Business Intelligence

About the Role :

We are seeking an Assistant Manager - Data Analytics & Business Intelligence to lead the design, deployment, and management of AI/ML initiatives and cloud-based analytics solutions. The role combines strategic oversight, team collaboration, and technical expertise to deliver actionable insights, optimize workflows, and drive innovation across business functions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the development and implementation of generative AI use cases and machine learning solutions aligned with business objectives.

- Oversee cloud infrastructure for AI/ML solutions, ensuring security, scalability, and operational efficiency.

- Drive automation initiatives and process improvements to enhance system performance and data workflows.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define solutions, and deliver AI-driven business insights.

- Manage data pipelines, ETL processes, and distributed computing environments for large-scale analytics.

- Implement best practices for MLOps, cloud deployment, and infrastructure-as-code using tools like Terraform or Azure Resource Manager.

- Ensure compliance with AI ethics, data privacy, and regulatory standards.

- Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

- Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Databricks) and programming in Python.

- Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud-native tools (e.g., AWS Lambda).

- Strong understanding of data pipelines, ETL, distributed computing, and large-scale data processing (e.g., Apache Spark).

- Familiarity with AI/ML lifecycle management and MLOps frameworks.

Preferred Skills :

- Certifications in AWS, Azure, or Databricks.

- Experience with generative AI models and advanced analytics solutions.

- Knowledge of AI ethics, data privacy, and industry compliance standards
