Job Summary :

We are seeking an Asst. Manager/Manager - AI Applications (Anthropic Claude) with strong core experience in Anthropic Claude AI and a proven track record of designing, implementing, and scaling Claude-powered enterprise AI solutions.

The ideal candidate should specialize in the Anthropic Claude platform and possess deep expertise in Claude APIs, prompt engineering, workflow automation, enterprise AI integration, and Large Language Model (LLM) solution development.

Candidates whose primary experience is with Claude AI will be preferred over those with only general
Generative AI or ChatGPT experience.

This role will lead the organization's Generative AI transformation by evaluating, designing, and deploying Claude-based solutions that improve business efficiency, automate processes, enhance decision-making, and accelerate digital transformation across departments.

The position combines AI strategy, enterprise solution architecture, business process optimization, and hands-on implementation of Anthropic Claude technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Anthropic Claude Strategy & Enterprise Implementation :

- Lead the evaluation, adoption, and enterprise-wide implementation of Anthropic Claude AI.

- Define AI roadmaps and identify high-value business use cases using Claude.

- Assess technical feasibility, business ROI, scalability, governance, and security of Claude- powered solutions.

- Drive end-to-end implementation from Proof of Concept (POC) to enterprise production deployment.

2. Business Process Analysis & AI Use Case Development :

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand operational challenges and identify AI opportunities.

- Analyze workflows across operations, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, regulatory, and corporate functions.

- Design Claude-powered solutions that automate repetitive tasks, improve knowledge retrieval, accelerate decision-making, and enhance productivity.

3. Anthropic Claude Development & Integration :

- Design and implement enterprise AI applications using Anthropic Claude APIs.

- Integrate Claude AI into existing enterprise applications, business systems, and digital

workflows.

- Collaborate with IT and development teams to build secure, scalable, API-driven AI solutions.

- Guide development teams on prompt engineering, Claude model optimization, AI orchestration, and best practices.

- Support implementation of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), document intelligence, conversational AI, enterprise search, and knowledge assistants using Claude.

4. POC & AI Solution Leadership :

- Lead Proof of Concept (POC) initiatives for business departments.

- Validate AI outputs for business accuracy, compliance, usability, and performance.

- Improve solution quality through continuous testing, evaluation, and stakeholder feedback.

- Establish best practices for enterprise AI deployment using Claude.

5. AI Enablement & Knowledge Sharing :

- Develop prompt engineering standards, SOPs, AI governance guidelines, and user documentation.

- Conduct workshops and training sessions to enable business teams in effective Claude AI adoption.

- Promote responsible AI usage and enterprise best practices across the organization.

6. Anthropic Claude Expertise & Innovation :

- Maintain deep expertise in Anthropic Claude models, capabilities, APIs, context management, and enterprise features.

- Stay updated with the latest Claude releases, model enhancements, and Anthropic AI advancements.

- Evaluate emerging AI frameworks, orchestration tools, and enterprise AI technologies.

- Recommend innovative Claude AI use cases aligned with business strategy and digital transformation goals.

Required Skills :

Mandatory :

- Strong hands-on expertise with Anthropic Claude AI and enterprise implementations.

- Core experience working with Anthropic Claude APIs and Claude-powered enterprise applications.

- Proven experience designing, implementing, and deploying Claude AI solutions.

- Strong Python programming skills.

- Experience with REST APIs, system integrations, and enterprise application architecture.

- Advanced prompt engineering and prompt optimization for Claude models.

- Experience developing AI assistants, knowledge management systems, document intelligence, workflow automation, and enterprise AI solutions.

- Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), AI solution architecture, evaluation methodologies, and deployment best practices.

Preferred :

- Experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or other enterprise LLM platforms.

- Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, embeddings, LangChain, LangGraph, or similar AI orchestration frameworks.

- Experience integrating AI into ERP, CRM, or enterprise business applications.
