Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced technology professional to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade AI solutions, with a strong focus on Generative AI (GenAI), agentic AI systems, multi-agent workflows, and LLM orchestration.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Python, GenAI frameworks, cloud-native AI solutions, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI workflow optimization, along with technical leadership and mentoring capabilities.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of scalable GenAI and agentic AI solutions.

- Architect multi-agent workflows using LangChain, A2A protocols, and custom orchestration frameworks.

- Design and optimize prompt architectures, context strategies, and hybrid RAG pipelines.

- Integrate AI services with enterprise platforms such as Azure AI Foundry, Databricks, and core business systems.

- Establish engineering best practices across code reviews, architecture design, testing, deployment, and CI/CD.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
