ASIC Verification Lead - SoC

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced ASIC Verification Lead to drive end-to-end verification of complex SoC (System-on-Chip) designs. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in verification methodologies, protocol validation, and team leadership, with hands-on experience in industry-standard interfaces.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and implement verification strategies, test plans, and methodologies.

- Work on functional and system-level verification of complex SoCs.

- Develop and maintain testbenches, test cases, and verification environments.

- Perform debugging and root cause analysis of design issues.

- Ensure coverage closure (functional, code, and assertion coverage).

- Collaborate with design, architecture, and validation teams.

- Mentor and guide junior verification engineers.

- Drive project timelines and ensure quality deliverables.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Proven experience in executing at least 2 SoC verification projects.

- Strong hands-on experience with RISC-V architecture.

- Experience in high-speed protocols :

1. PCIe

2. MIPI

3. DDR

4. Ethernet

5. UCIe

- Expertise in SystemVerilog and UVM methodology.

- Experience with simulation, debugging, and coverage tools.

- Minimum 1 year of team handling or leadership experience.

Good to Have :

- Knowledge of low-power verification (UPF/CPF).

- Exposure to emulation/FPGA prototyping.

- Familiarity with scripting languages (Python/Perl).
