Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Leadership:

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to AI/ML teams, ensuring alignment with architectural best practices and industry standards.

- Design and develop scalable, robust, and efficient AI/ML architectures.

- Design and deploy AI/ML solutions using Microsoft Azure services such as Azure Machine Learning, Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Services, and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).

- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and trends to drive innovation.

- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to define and refine AI strategies.

2. Generative AI Expertise:

- Lead the development and deployment of generative AI solutions, such as large language models, text-to-image generation, and other creative AI applications.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in generative AI research and techniques.

- Explore innovative use cases for generative AI to drive business value.

3. Problem-Solving and Innovation:

- Identify complex technical challenges and develop creative solutions.

- Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation within the team.

- Continuously improve AI/ML processes and methodologies.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.

- Minimum 7 years of experience in AI/ML, with a strong focus on generative AI.

- At least 1.5 years of hands-on experience with generative AI techniques and tools.

- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure AI/ML services is highly preferred.

Technical Expertise:

- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and statistical modeling.

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python.

- Experience with cloud platforms (strong expertise in Microsoft Azure is preferred; AWS/GCP knowledge is a plus).

- Hands-on experience with Azure Machine Learning, Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Services, and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).

- Proficiency in MLFlow and Kubeflow.

- Strong and demonstratable skills in GenAI technologies, like OpenAI, Anthropic, or Llama.
