Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, maintain, and support AS400 applications using RPGLE, CLLE, and DB2/400

- Analyse and implement complex business logic with minimal supervision

- Design and implement integration solutions using XML, JSON, REST/SOAP Web Services

- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and reviews

- Perform unit testing, code reviews, and support UAT and production deployments

- Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure solution alignment

- Troubleshoot and debug issues in AS400 programs and interfaces

- Ensure scalable, modular, and maintainable code aligned with architectural standards

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 6+ years of hands-on experience in AS400 (IBM iSeries) development.

- Strong proficiency in RPGLE, CLLE, SQLRPGLE, RPG Free Format, and DB2/400.

- Experience with API/Web Services integrations (REST/SOAP), XML/JSON processing.

- Solid understanding of job scheduling, message queues, and system utilities on AS400.

- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance-tuning skills.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodology.
