About the Role :

We are looking for a highly motivated Software Engineer with 25 years of hands-on experience in software development within an Agile environment.

The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to design, build, and maintain scalable software systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Participate in the full software development lifecycle from requirement analysis and design to implementation, testing, and deployment.

- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using Java and Spring Boot frameworks.

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver quality software solutions.

- Debug and resolve complex software issues, ensuring reliability and performance.

- Create and maintain comprehensive software documentation.

- Conduct unit testing and utilize frameworks such as JUnit and Mockito for automated testing.

- Manage source code versioning using GIT and ensure adherence to best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 25 years of professional experience in software engineering and Agile methodologies.

- Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, and related technologies.

- Experience with Event-Driven, Service-Based, and Cloud-Native Architectures (AWS preferred).

- Solid understanding of multithreading, asynchronous inter-process communication, and software design patterns.

- Proficiency with JUnit, Mockito, and other testing frameworks.

- Experience with GIT for version control.

- Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities.
