Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled AI/ML Engineer in Delhi with 7+ years of experience in designing and developing scalable enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop AI/ML, NLU, RAG and LLM-based solutions for enterprise applications.

- Define LLM evaluation strategies and evaluation harnesses to measure model quality, accuracy and performance.

- Implement hallucination mitigation techniques, guardrails and responsible AI practices.

- Develop fine-tuning and model retraining strategies based on business and performance requirements.

- Build and deploy GenAI/LLM solutions using Python.

- Drive production deployment, monitoring and MLOps for AI/ML models.

- Provide strong technical leadership and guide engineering teams on AI/ML architecture and implementation.

Tech Stack & Requirements:

- 7+ years of AI/ML experience.
