About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and research-oriented Artificial Intelligence Researcher to join our advanced AI and innovation team. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Applied Research, with a proven track record of delivering innovative AI solutions and publishing research in reputed AI/ML conferences or journals.

This role involves conducting cutting-edge AI research, developing advanced machine learning models, and translating research outcomes into scalable production-ready solutions. The candidate should have a strong academic background, hands-on experience in solving real-world business problems using AI technologies, and the ability to work collaboratively across research and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct advanced research in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and related domains.

- Design, develop, and optimize AI/ML models for solving complex business and technical challenges.

- Explore emerging AI technologies, research methodologies, and industry trends to drive innovation.

- Publish high-quality research papers in top-tier AI/ML conferences and journals.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders.

- Translate research concepts into scalable, production-grade AI solutions.

- Build and evaluate machine learning pipelines, experimentation frameworks, and model deployment strategies.

- Perform data analysis, feature engineering, model training, tuning, and validation.

- Develop prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and advanced AI solutions using state-of-the-art techniques.

- Optimize AI models for scalability, performance, reliability, and production readiness.

- Stay updated with advancements in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Neural Networks, Reinforcement Learning, and other emerging technologies.

- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to building a strong AI research culture within the organization.

- Participate in technical discussions, innovation initiatives, and strategic AI roadmap planning.

1. Strong expertise in :

2. Hands-on experience with :

- Python and AI/ML libraries/frameworks

- TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras, or equivalent frameworks

- NLP, Computer Vision, Predictive Modeling, or Generative AI concepts

- Experience in taking AI/ML models from research to production environments.

- Strong understanding of model optimization, deployment, monitoring, and scalability.

- Experience with experimentation, evaluation metrics, and research methodologies.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms and distributed computing environments is an added advantage.

Research Experience :

- Minimum 2 to 3 research publications in top-tier AI/ML conferences or journals.

- Strong academic and practical understanding of modern AI research techniques.

- Experience contributing to patents, innovation programs, or open-source AI initiatives is preferred.
