We are seeking a high-caliber AI Engineer / Generative AI Developer to join our team, focusing on building and deploying industrial-grade LLM applications. This pivotal role requires mandatory, hands-on expertise in the entire Databricks ecosystem paired with deep technical skills in Python and modern AI frameworks to create scalable, secure, and production-ready Gen-AI solutions.Key Responsibilities & Technical Deliverables

1. Generative AI Development & Architecture :

- LLM Application Build : Develop and deploy industry-grade LLM and Gen-AI applications using leading model providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic (Claude), or other major foundational models.

- Agentic Systems : Demonstrate expert proficiency in Python for building complex, autonomous Gen-AI solutions. Utilize frameworks like LangChain and LlamaIndex to create sophisticated agentic architectures.

- Advanced Techniques : Implement and optimize advanced retrieval strategies, including RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), ARAG, CAG, and leverage techniques like A/B testing and reinforcement learning for continuous model improvement.

- Integration : Design and execute robust processes for integrating LLM systems with enterprise APIs and diverse data sources.

2. Databricks Platform and MLOps :

- Databricks Expertise (Mandatory) : Hands-on experience across the entire Databricks platform, including Spark, Delta Lake, MLflow, Databricks Notebooks, and Unity Catalog.

- Vector Database Integration : Implement and manage integrations with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, FAISS) to power efficient and scalable RAG pipelines.

- Data Governance & Security : Maintain a solid understanding and enforce best practices for data governance, security, and scalability within the Databricks environment.

3. Cloud Environments & Engineering Standards :

- Cloud Proficiency : Possess rich experience working within major cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and integrating with their native AI/ML services.

- Code Quality : Uphold rigorous engineering standards, ensuring high code quality, testability, and maintainability for all AI solutions.

Required Qualifications & Expertise :

- Experience : 1 to 4 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development, with a focus on Gen-AI solutions.

- Education : Degree in Computer Science or a similar technical major is required.

- Technical Stack (Mandatory) : Deep proficiency in Python, Databricks (Spark, Delta Lake, MLflow), and LLM frameworks (LangChain/LlamaIndex).

- Availability : Must be able to work the required UK Shift Timing (2 : 00 PM to 11 : 00 PM IST).
