Objective :

- Lead end-to-end delivery of AI solutions across client projects, from problem understanding to deployment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and build AI/ML/GenAI solutions (LLMs, automation, analytics)

- Convert client requirements into technical architecture

- Deliver POCs within 2- 4 weeks

- Build reusable AI accelerators (chatbots, copilots, automation engines)

- Hire and mentor junior AI engineers (phase 2)

- Ensure production deployment (APIs, cloud, pipelines)

- Act as technical face for key client discussions (with founder)

Must-Have Skills :

- 10- 15 years experience in AI/ML

- Strong in LLMs / GenAI (LangChain, OpenAI, RAG, vector DBs)

- Python, APIs, cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure)

- Experience in real-world deployments (not just research)

- Ability to work in ambiguity (0-1 mindset)

Good to Have :

- Startup or consulting experience

- Exposure to multiple industries (healthcare, BFSI, etc.)

- Basic product thinking
