Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Artificial Intelligence Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Python, Machine Learning, LLMs, RAG, and Agentic AI systems. The role will involve designing, developing, integrating, and deploying AI-powered agents and LLM-based solutions for enterprise use cases.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, test, and deploy AI-powered agents and LLM-based applications for enterprise use cases.

- Build agentic systems with capabilities such as tool/function calling, prompt engineering, memory management, skill development, and workflow orchestration.

- Develop and integrate RAG-based solutions using enterprise data, knowledge sources, APIs, and other information repositories.

- Work with modern AI agent frameworks and cloud-based AI/LLM APIs to build scalable solutions.

- Integrate AI agents with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and external services.

- Design and implement reliable agent orchestration workflows, including task routing, tool execution, context handling, and multi-step processing.

- Evaluate and optimize AI and agent performance through prompt tuning, testing, monitoring, evaluation, and continuous improvement.

- Develop Python-based automation and backend components supporting AI workflows and integrations.

- Ensure AI solutions meet enterprise requirements for security, scalability, reliability, performance, and maintainability.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into production-ready AI solutions.

- Support CI/CD, deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and production operations for AI applications.

Required Skills:

- 5 - 10 years of overall experience in software engineering, AI/ML, or related technology roles.

- 3+ years of hands-on experience with AI/ML/LLM-based solutions.

- Strong hands-on experience building Agentic AI systems and LLM-powered applications.

- Strong proficiency in Python.

- Experience with LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and prompt engineering.

- Hands-on experience with at least one AI agent/agent orchestration framework.

- Experience integrating LLM APIs, cloud AI services, enterprise APIs, and external tools.

- Experience developing and integrating REST APIs and backend services.

- Familiarity with CI/CD and cloud environments.
