Job Description :

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy large language models using Agentic AI, AI algorithms, generative AI, and retrieval augmented generation techniques.

- Implement LangGraph/LangChain solutions for efficient data processing and analysis.

- Design and optimize retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines to improve the accuracy and relevance of AI-generated insights for our global client base.

- Integrate large language models into existing production environments, ensuring high availability, low latency, and seamless scalability for high-traffic user scenarios.

- Collaborate with engineering stakeholders to refine prompt engineering strategies and fine-tuning methodologies that align AI outputs with specific business objectives.

- Monitor and evaluate model performance in production, implementing iterative improvements to reduce hallucinations and enhance the overall reliability of automated systems.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Strong understanding of Agentic AI, AI algorithms, generative AI, and retrieval augmented generation techniques.

- Proficiency in Python programming language with experience working with popular libraries such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.

- 4-9 years of experience in Artificial Intelligence Engineering with expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs).

Education :

- UG : Any Graduate
