Job Description :

We are looking for a highly skilled AI Engineer with 5+ years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders, quantitative researchers, data scientists, and engineering teams to build scalable AI-powered applications that solve complex business problems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, quantitative analysts, researchers, and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and identify AI opportunities.

- Design, develop, test, and deploy AI/ML and Generative AI solutions for enterprise applications.

- Build scalable AI pipelines from data ingestion through model deployment and monitoring.

- Develop and optimize LLM-based applications using Prompt Engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Fine-tuning, PEFT, and related techniques.

- Build and maintain supporting AI infrastructure, data pipelines, APIs, and automation tools.

- Evaluate AI models using quantitative metrics and continuously improve model performance.

- Develop reusable AI components, frameworks, and best practices for enterprise adoption.

- Deploy AI solutions on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

- Collaborate with software engineers to integrate AI models into production environments.

- Stay current with advancements in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Generative AI technologies.

Required Skills :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML software development.

- Strong programming expertise in Python and at least one additional language such as Java, C++, or C#.

- Strong understanding of Computer Science fundamentals including Data Structures, Algorithms, Object-Oriented Programming, and System Design.

- Hands-on experience with Machine Learning and Deep Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.

- Experience developing applications using Large Language Models (LLMs) such as OpenAI GPT, Llama, Claude, Gemini, or similar.

- Practical knowledge of Prompt Engineering, RAG, Vector Databases (FAISS, Pinecone, ChromaDB, Weaviate, Milvus), Embeddings, Fine-tuning, LoRA, QLoRA, PEFT, and AI Agents.

- Experience building REST APIs and integrating AI services into enterprise applications.

- Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, testing, version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines.

- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related discipline.

- Experience developing AI solutions within the Banking, Financial Services, or Capital Markets domain.

- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Experience with AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, or similar.

- Experience building production-grade RAG systems and AI copilots.

- Familiarity with MLOps practices, including model deployment, monitoring, observability, and lifecycle management.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Knowledge of distributed systems and scalable AI architectures.
