Role & responsibilities :

- Design scalable AI solution architectures aligned to business objectives.

- Build AI agents, autonomous workflows, and multi-agent systems.

- Develop RAG pipelines using enterprise knowledge sources.

- Implement prompt engineering strategies and model orchestration.

- Build evaluation frameworks and AI quality assurance pipelines.

- Develop backend services and frontend applications supporting AI solutions.

- Lead architecture discussions and technical design reviews.

- Implement cloud-native deployment, monitoring, and CI/CD practices.

- Ensure AI governance, security, privacy, and compliance controls.

- Explore emerging Agentic AI technologies and innovation opportunities.

Preferred candidate profile :

- 5 - 7 years of software engineering experience with strong full-stack expertise.

- 3+ years of hands-on experience building AI/ML or Generative AI solutions.

- Experience delivering production-grade AI applications.

- Preferred experience in Retail Commerce, Omnichannel Retail, Product Discovery, Search, Personalization, or Supply Chain domains.
