Role & responsibilities :

- Design and develop end-to-end AI/LLM applications (RAG, AI Agents, Multimodal AI)

- Build scalable Python applications using FastAPI, LangChain/LangGraph

- Deploy and maintain production-ready AI systems on AWS

- Define evaluation frameworks and optimize model performance

- Mentor junior AI engineers and drive technical excellence

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful AI products

What We're Looking For :

- 5-8 years of Software Engineering experience, including 3+ years in AI/ML

- Proven experience deploying GenAI/LLM solutions to production

- Strong expertise in Python, LangChain/LangGraph, RAG, Fine-tuning (LoRA/QLoRA)

- Hands-on experience with AWS, Docker, CI/CD, and MLOps

- Knowledge of AI evaluation, observability, and scalable system design

- Excellent problem-solving, mentoring, and collaboration skills

Bonus Skills :

- Multi-Agent Systems (CrewAI, AutoGen, LangGraph)

- GraphRAG, Knowledge Graphs, MCP

- Multimodal AI and Open Source contributions
