Job Title : AI Engineer

Work Schedule : Must be able to work US Eastern Time (ET) hours or have significant overlap with ET.

Role Summary :

We are looking for an AI Engineer with a strong infrastructure engineering background to design and integrate AI-powered automation, optimization, and decision-support solutions.

You will work with Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, and cloud platforms (GCP) to build intelligent agents, automations, and custom workflows that solve real infrastructure challenges.

Key Responsibilities & Required Experience :

- AI Solution Development : Build and integrate AI-powered automation and optimization solutions using Microsoft Copilot and Google Gemini

- Intelligent Agents & Automations : Develop intelligent agents, scripts, automations, and microservices that interface with AI models for data enrichment and decision support

- Custom AI Tailoring : Build custom prompts, workflows, and extensions to tailor AI behaviour specifically for infrastructure use cases

- Prompt Engineering & RAG : Apply knowledge of LLM prompt engineering and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)

Cloud & Automation Tools :

- Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

- Experience with automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell, Bash, and/or Python

- Infrastructure Background : Strong background in infrastructure engineering

- Analytical & Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to translate infrastructure challenges into AI-driven solutions

- Work Environment : Comfortable working in fast-moving, innovation-focused environments
