Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy production-ready AI/ML solutions using Python and modern AI technologies.

- Build intelligent AI agents and LLM-powered applications to automate business workflows.

- Develop and integrate AI agent frameworks and workflow automation solutions.

- Work with Anthropic SDK and Claude to build AI-powered applications and agentic workflows.

- Develop and maintain MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers and integrations.

- Design and implement REST APIs and enterprise integrations for AI solutions.

- Build scalable, reliable, and maintainable AI systems using distributed systems principles.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Optimize AI applications for performance, scalability, reliability, and operational efficiency.

- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities to improve existing systems and processes.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 7 - 8+ years of overall experience in software development, with at least 7+ years of hands-on Python experience.

- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs).

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in AI/ML development.

- Strong programming knowledge of Python and JavaScript/TypeScript.

- Experience building and deploying AI agents and LLM-powered applications.

- Hands-on experience with MCP server development.

- Experience working with Anthropic SDK and Claude.

- Knowledge of AI agent frameworks, orchestration, and workflow automation.

- Strong experience in API development and enterprise system integrations.

- Understanding of distributed systems, system architecture, and scalable application design.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile :

- Experience delivering AI solutions in production environments.

- Ability to design and implement end-to-end AI applications, from development to deployment.

- Strong understanding of agentic AI architectures and enterprise automation use cases.

- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with distributed teams.

- Willingness to work in the 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM IST shift.
