About the Role :

As we expand our Mesame AI Team in Bengaluru, we're looking for a GenAI Specialist / Architect with 10 - 15 years of experience who wants to be part of that journey. This role is not about simply working with the latest LLM or building another chatbot. It's about deep-diving into complex business problems, identifying where AI can create measurable value, and architecting highly verticalized AI solutions.

What you will do :

- Work across LLMs, GenAI, Agentic AI, RAG, AI Agents and AI application architectures

- Go deep into open-source AI frameworks and libraries and make pragmatic technology choices

- Architect solutions rather than just implement components

- Convert ambiguous business problems into production-grade AI systems

- Build domain-specific / verticalized AI solutions that can become repeatable IP for Mesame and our customers

- Experiment, prototype and take promising ideas all the way to enterprise scale

- Influence our AI technology roadmap, architecture patterns and engineering practices

- Work closely with business leaders, engineers and customers - bridging the gap between Business - AI - Technology
