Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead Full Stack Engineering to lead the design, development, and delivery of our web and mobile applications. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with people leadership, requiring you to mentor developers, drive engineering excellence, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to build high-quality, scalable products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead a team of Full Stack Engineers in designing, developing, and deploying scalable web and mobile applications.

- Architect and develop robust frontend applications using React and React Native.

- Design, build, and maintain secure, scalable backend services using Python (Django/FastAPI).

- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and drive project execution from planning to deployment.

- Mentor, coach, and support team members through regular code reviews, technical guidance, and performance feedback.

- Establish and enforce engineering best practices, coding standards, and development processes.

- Collaborate closely with Product, Design, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.

- Drive application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.

- Oversee CI/CD pipelines, release management, and deployment processes.

- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and lead root-cause analysis for production incidents.

- Evaluate and recommend new technologies, frameworks, and tools to improve engineering productivity.

- Contribute to sprint planning, effort estimation, technical documentation, and engineering roadmaps.

Technical Requirements:

- Strong expertise in React and React Native for modern web and cross-platform mobile application development.

- Extensive experience in Python, with strong proficiency in Django or FastAPI.

- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and API integrations.

- Experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and responsive UI development.

- Hands-on experience with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.

- Strong knowledge of Git, branching strategies, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS.

- Familiarity with Docker, containerization, and modern deployment practices is preferred.

- Understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and secure coding practices.

Leadership Requirements:

- Proven experience leading or mentoring software development teams.

- Ability to drive technical discussions, architecture decisions, and engineering best practices.

- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

- 58 years of experience in Full Stack Development.

- 2+ years of experience leading or mentoring engineering teams.

- Demonstrated experience delivering scalable web and mobile applications in production.

- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to balance technical excellence and business priorities.
