Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, fine-tune, and optimize NLP and LLM-based solutions.

- Build scalable AI/ML systems and production-ready applications.

- Work extensively with Transformer architectures and state-of-the-art language models.

- Conduct experiments, evaluate model performance, and improve accuracy through data-driven approaches.

- Collaborate with product, engineering, and research teams to deliver AI-powered features and products.

- Develop clean, efficient, and maintainable Python code following software engineering best practices.

- Stay current with advancements in generative AI, NLP, and machine learning research.

Requirements :

- 4-8 years of experience in AI, machine learning, NLP, or related domains.

- Strong Python programming and software engineering skills.

- Solid understanding of NLP concepts and Transformer architectures.

- Hands-on experience in model building, fine-tuning, evaluation, and deployment.

- Strong computer science fundamentals, including algorithms, data structures, and system design.

- Experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
