- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate complex compliance needs into functional technical specifications within the Archer environment.

- Manage the deployment of patches, upgrades, and new releases to maintain platform integrity and security standards.

- Conduct performance tuning and system optimization to enhance the user experience and reporting capabilities across the Archer platform.

- Document technical configurations and provide training to client teams to facilitate seamless platform adoption and self-sufficiency.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in implementing and supporting RSA Archer IRM solutions, including deep knowledge of data feeds, access control, and workflow design.

- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex production issues within the Archer platform, ensuring rapid resolution and root cause analysis.

- Strong analytical skills to interpret business requirements and architect scalable solutions within a GRC framework.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and manage client expectations effectively.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, client-facing environment based in Chandigarh.

- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by a solid understanding of risk management principles.
