We are looking for a Senior WordPress Developer with strong expertise in WordPress Multi-Site, custom plugin development, Gutenberg block development, and React. The role involves designing and developing complex WordPress solutions, integrating external APIs, optimizing application performance, and leading migration projects from legacy systems to WordPress.

Candidates should have experience with MySQL, REST APIs, Git, CI/CD, testing frameworks, and WordPress security best practices. The ideal candidate will also mentor junior developers, participate in architecture discussions, and drive code quality through reviews and best practices.

- WordPress REST API - Custom endpoints, authentication, data serialization

- WordPress security - Security best practices, vulnerability remediation

- Performance optimization - Caching strategies, query optimization, lazy loading

Gutenberg/React (3+ years) :

- Advanced Gutenberg blocks - Complex block development, InnerBlocks, block variations

- React expertise - Hooks, context, performance optimization, code splitting

- WordPress data layer - @wordpress/data, custom stores, data persistence

- JavaScript ES6+ - Modern JavaScript patterns and best practices

- Build tools - Webpack, Babel, npm/yarn, @wordpress/scripts

Database & Integration (3+ years) :

- MySQL optimization - Query optimization, indexing, database design

- REST API integration - Consuming external APIs, authentication patterns
