Job Description : AI Architect - Life Sciences Domain

Total Experience : 12-14 years

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced AI Architect with 12+ years of experience in designing and implementing enterprise-grade AI solutions within the Life Sciences or Healthcare domain. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, cloud architecture, and healthcare data, with the ability to independently design scalable, secure, and compliant AI applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design end-to-end AI/ML and Generative AI architectures for healthcare and life sciences applications.

- Develop solutions using LLMs, RAG, AI agents, NLP, and prompt engineering.

- Architect AI applications for clinical research, drug discovery, pharmacovigilance, and healthcare workflows.

- Integrate AI solutions with healthcare systems, APIs, and enterprise data platforms.

- Ensure data privacy, security, scalability, and compliance with applicable regulations such as HIPAA, GDPR, and GxP, where relevant.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, data scientists, and engineering teams to deliver production-ready AI solutions.

Required Skills :

- 12+ years of experience in software architecture, AI/ML, or enterprise solution development.

- Strong expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, vector databases, and AI agents.

- Hands-on experience with Python, REST APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Strong understanding of Life Sciences or Healthcare domain processes and data.

- Experience with MLOps/LLMOps, AI governance, model evaluation, and responsible AI.

- Excellent solution-design, stakeholder-management, and technical leadership skills.

Preferred :

- Experience with clinical data standards, FHIR/HL7, CDISC, or healthcare regulatory systems.
