Role : Senior / Lead Java Developer

Experience : 6+ years (Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect, design, and develop scalable, high-quality backend solutions

- Lead technical design discussions and enforce best engineering practices

- Mentor and guide developers through code reviews and technical leadership

- Collaborate closely with product, QA, and DevOps teams in an Agile environment

Must-Have : Core Java Expertise :

- Strong hands-on experience with Java 8, Java 11, Java 21, Java 25

- Deep understanding of :

• Core Java concepts,Collections Framework,
• Multithreading & Concurrency
• OOP principles,Design Patterns
• Data Structures & Algorithms

Required Technical Skills :

- Hibernate / JPA

- RESTful API design

- SQL Databases : MySQL / PostgreSQL / Oracle

- Build Tools : Maven / Gradle

- Version Control : Git

- Unit Testing & Code Quality practices

- Agile / Scrum development

Nice to Have :

- Cloud platforms : AWS / Azure / GCP

- Containerization : Docker / Kubernetes

- Exposure to frontend technologies : React / Angular

- Proven experience in technical leadership, mentoring, and code reviews
