We are looking for an experienced Application Lead to drive the development, design, and delivery of complex applications across multiple platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background across backend development, APIs, DevOps, cloud-native architectures, and modern front-end frameworks.

You will lead a team of developers, guide architectural decisions, and ensure high-quality solutions are delivered in alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade applications.

- Oversee backend development using .NET, Java, Python, and ensure integration with REST APIs and microservices architectures.

- Drive adoption and implementation of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and orchestration with Kubernetes.

- Provide technical leadership in front-end development using React, Angular, and full-stack frameworks such as Django and Flask.

- Guide the team in mobile application development across platforms.

- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and stakeholders to define requirements and solution architecture.

- Ensure code quality, maintainability, security, and performance across applications.

- Mentor and coach development teams, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices.

- Define and implement Center of Excellence (CoE) standards for coding, architecture, and technology adoption.

- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to improve development efficiency.

Technical Skills Required :

- Strong hands-on experience in backend technologies : .NET, Java, Python.

- Expertise in REST APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud-native solutions.

- Experience in DevOps practices, including CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and automated testing.

- Proficiency in front-end development : React, Angular, and frameworks like Django, Flask.

- Experience in mobile application development (iOS/Android or hybrid frameworks).

- Solid understanding of database technologies (SQL, NoSQL).

- Experience in designing scalable and secure applications.
