Job Description :

We are looking for a skilled Application Developer Microsoft Modern Workplace to design, develop, and customize modern workplace solutions that enhance collaboration, productivity, and business efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, proficiency in modern programming frameworks, and experience integrating workplace applications with third-party tools

and services.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and customize applications using Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Teams, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.

- Design, code, and deploy solutions leveraging C#, .NET, JavaScript, React, and Angular.

- Build and maintain customized Modern Workplace applications tailored to business needs.

- Integrate applications with third-party tools and services to extend functionality and improve user experience.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure smooth adoption.

- Leverage Azure cloud technologies to enhance scalability, performance, and security of workplace applications.

- Ensure solutions adhere to best practices in security, compliance, and governance.

Mandatory Skills :

- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 suite : SharePoint Online, Teams, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI.

- Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (React/Angular).

- Experience in developing and customizing Modern Workplace applications.

- Good understanding of integration with third-party tools and services.

- Knowledge of cloud technologies (Azure preferred).

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Experience in Microsoft Graph API and REST API integrations.

- Knowledge of Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines.

- Familiarity with security, compliance, and governance within Microsoft 365 environments.
