About the role :

C++ Development | Specialized in QT Framework.

Bring your passion for C++ and Qt to help us develop a cross-platform edge application that runs on popular desktop and mobile devices using modern compilers and C++ standards.

You will be working with Tangos Qt Edge team to build and enhance our existing product offerings.

Job Title : Software Developer.

Experience : 3-6yrs.

Work Location : Chennai.

- 3+ years of commercial software development experience and/or developing and debugging C++ applications.

- Solid understanding of modern C++, including C++14 ,C++17 and Possess object-oriented design skills.

- Understanding QT [ modularized C++ library classes ] version greater than 5.15.

- Experience with multi-threading architecture.

- Experience in development and debugging Qt applications using Qt Creator IDE.

- Experience using signals and slots for QObject communication.

- Working with RESTful APIs via QNetworkAccessManager.

- Software development experience using Agile, Confluence, JIRA & GIT.

- Understanding of algorithms and design patterns.

Responsibilities :

- Build Qt C++ software components that follow industry-standard design patterns, development methodologies, and deployment models.

- Ensure that the Qt SDK keeps up to date with the current trends of the Qt user community and the Qt Company.

- Collaborate with developers, product engineers and product owners throughout the development process.

- Turn user requirements and stories into concrete implementations for our users.

- Solve and articulate complex problems with application design, development, and user experiences.

Nice to have :

- Experience with networking, web integrations / communications and HTTP is a plus.

- Experience developing applications for one or more of the following platforms: Windows, Linux, macOS, iOS, Android.

- Experience in RTSP [ application-level network protocol / RTMP.

- Experience working with and deploying SaaS application, Cloud Servers and Docker.
