Role Overview :

Location : Pune

Shift Time : Afternoon Shift (1 pm to 12 am)

Key responsibilities :

- Provide backend development.

- Participate in the design efforts, development, and maintenance of backend applications and infrastructure using workflows and APIs.

- Works within established Dev-Ops framework to deploy robust pipelines across multiple types of relational database systems (Snowflake, MySQL, PostgreSQL).

- Assist in designing and documenting best practices and strategies for application, backend and integration development, deployment, and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipeline.

- Provide support to other backend development team members.

- Understand High Level Design, Application Interface Design & build Low Level Design.

- Working directly with customer to understand the requirements and develop the solutions.

- Perform Development & Deployment. Should be able to Code, Unit Test & Deploy.

- Build learning plan, mentor team and lead all the technical aspects of the project

- Creating necessary documentation for all project deliverable phases.

Mandatory Skillset :

- 7+ years of Hands-on experience in software development.

- Working knowledge and understanding of developing APIs and workflows with tray.io or any other workflow tools like Pega or Appian

- Industry knowledge with a solid understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and the understanding of AWS services.

- Highly skilled in creating and manipulating database objects, running complex queries, load tables, and modifying the data in tables.

- In depth development skillset with a strong ability to work independently or collaboratively with team members as well as internal and external partners to ensure the on-time delivery of sustainable and stable solutions.

- Self-motivated and a quick learner who enjoys learning new technologies and sharing knowledge with others.

Good to have :

- Comfortable with various database, Unix, Scripting, Postman and DevOps solutions including GitLab, Kubernetes, Jenkins etc.

- Ability to work on failure resolution or support applications with turnaround resolution time within a ticketing system environment.
