You are looking for a highly skilled Java Lead to join a fast-paced and growing team.

As a technical leader, your role will involve designing, developing, and maintaining robust backend systems, mentoring developers, and driving engineering excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the development of high performance, scalable, and secure backend applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.

- Design and review system architecture and software design documents.

- Mentor and guide junior developers in coding practices and design patterns.

- Collaborate with product managers, QA teams, and DevOps to deliver high quality software.

- Ensure best practices in software engineering, code quality, and documentation.

- Perform code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing.

- Drive technical innovation and continuous improvement within the team.

Requirements :

- 11+ years of hands-on experience in Java development with expertise in Spring Boot, Hibernate, and

Microservices.

- Strong understanding of REST APIs, design patterns, and cloud native application development.

- Proven experience in leading or mentoring engineering teams.

- Solid grasp of data structures, algorithms, and problem solving.

- Proficiency with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD practices.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Background in Computer Science or related field from Tier 1 institutions (IITs, NITs, BITS Pilani, IIITs, etc.).

- Exposure to modern DevOps tools, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), or cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
